LOANS:
Conventional/FHA and VA loans = 90% split (origination, ysp and admin fees) minus $350.00 (operations fee) and $98.25 (e&o fee) - the processing fee of $695.00 is a direct borrower charge.

Reverse Mortgage loans = 90% split (origination and back end pricing) minus $500.00 (reverse fee) and $98.25 (e&o fee) - Agents are required to be approved to originate reverse mortgage loans by Corporate.

REAL ESTATE DEALS:
All real estate deals are paid at an 80% split minus $350.00 (operations fee) and $161.25 (e&o fee) - Agents are required to utilize a transaction coordinator and be certified by Corporate.
