You also have the ability to process your own loans while retaining your processing fees or you can access our large pool of qualified and experienced contract loan processors. You can broker out your loans with any of our one hundred plus lenders / investors, or you can fund your transactions in-house. ILO’s receive commission disbursements within 24 hours after funding and receipt of the completed file.
